Position: Project Assistant II (Gender and Development)
Monthly Salary: Php 26,628.00

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree related to the job
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training on Gender and Development
Experience: Experience in Gender and Development is an advantage
Eligibility: None required
Place of Assignment: Regional Office (ORD)

-Detail Oriented
-Good coordination and interpersonal relations skills
-With Good oral and written communication skills
-Can multi-task under pressure with minimum supervision
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Assist the DOST GAD Focal Point System in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the Annual GAD Plan and Budget
– Develop capacity building programs for GFPS
– Represent DOST 1 to GAD related trainings
– Prepare, conduct, and document all GAD- related activities
– Prepare all GAD- related reports (PIMME, GMMS, SETUP/ CEST narrative report, Annual Accomplishment report, etc)
– Prepare GAD- related press releases.
– Perform other tasks as maybe assigned by higher authority from time to time
